Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number for Royal Mail.

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Please make sure your order’s details (colour, size) and address are correct before you purchase! Once orders are placed we are unable to change them.

We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. Deliveries will be made between 8.30am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, we do not process orders or dispatch deliveries on Sundays or on bank or public holidays. After all, everyone deserves a break once in a while!

To ensure its safety, your order will need to be signed for when it's delivered. However it doesn't have to be you who signs for it. Your other half could do it, for example. Or a colleague, if your order is sent to your work.




While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts.

We proudly stand behind the service we provide and want our customers to be happy. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, and we keen on a 100% of customer satisfaction. For more specific information, please refer to our policy guidelines below. Please note, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through


If you are planning to return an item purchased from for a refund or an exchange FIRST please send us an e-mail via to arrange a return.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for the re-sending and returning fees in any case. Shipping on exchanged items will be applied.

Please note that all returns should be sent back with the Moccz shoe box and tags included. Items will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.

Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Moccz box is protected.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

We will gladly exchange an unworn pair of product in Moccz’s original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be credited back via originally payment method. A £4 Restocking fee applies per exchanged pair.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

***If your order is being delivered outside of the EU it will not include the UK Tax and you may be charged a customs and import fee. This will come in the form of a separate bill from Royal Mail.

These are your responsibility to pay where they apply and sadly we have no influence over this.

A return request outside of the 7 day window may be accepted at our discretion. Please contact with your enquiry.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately.
